Rewind / Fast Forward / Pause

This feature makes it much easier to take down notes from a voice mail message. Didn't quite catch the call back phone number? Just rewind and hear it again! This feature is especially useful for long voice mail messages.

This, combined with our unlimited message length, makes remote dictation and transcription a snap!

Increase / Decrease Volume

You can increase and decrease the volume to your liking during the playback of any voice mail message. Increase a little, or increase a lot. It's up to you.

Voice Mail to Email

You can have all of your voice mails automatically e-mailed to you, or you can choose to have a voicemail emailed to you on the fly. Voicemails arrive as a standard MP3 attachment to your e-mail. You can listen to them on your computer, tablet or smartphone. You can even forward the voicemail to someone else's e-mail so they can hear it as well.

Text Message Notifications

When someone leaves you a voice mail message we can notify you instantly via text message on your cell phone.

Call Screening

Not sure if you want to take the call? Our Call Screening feature will let you know who is on the line and give you the option of taking the call or sending it to voice mail.

Caller ID

With all calls and voicemails Caller ID is logged so you always know who is calling or left you a message.

Accept Fax / Voice

Your voicemail box can optionally receive faxes as well. That's right! Just give out one number for both voice and fax. Our system automatically detects fax calls and receives the fax. All faxes are e-mailed to you as a PDF attachment so you can view or print on any computer or Smartphone.
