One Number

Why do you have so many numbers you can be reached at when One Number can make it so much simpler?

Simplify your phone numbers. Simplify your life.

Our One Number service is ideal for those who have more than one phone number they can be reached at. One Number is all you need.

One Number

Pick your number.

First you choose a single number. It can either be a number you already have, or a new one we provide to you. It’s totally up to you.

Where (and when) do you want to be reached?

Now decide where you want to be reached and when.

Let’s say you have a home phone number, a cell number, and an office number. Maybe you even also have a fax number. Simply give out your One Number.

When someone calls your One Number, the first thing that happens is they hear ringing. During the first one or two rings we determine if the call is a fax or voice call. If it’s a fax we simply take the fax and e-mail it to you as a PDF file. If it’s not a fax then we ring your home phone, your cell phone, and your work phone all simultaneously. You simply pick up whichever phone you happen to be near and prefer to use.

When answered, the call is instantly connected to you and the other phones stop ringing.

Flexible scheduling.

What if you want your home phone only to ring at certain times of the day and certain days of the week? Perhaps you want your office phone to ring only at certain times of the day and certain days of the week as well. No problem. We can set it up any way you like.

Simplify your contact info.

Now when you print your next batch of business cards or the next time you give out your phone number or even fax number, you can simply give out a single number for all of them: your One Number.

Can be combined with other services.

Your One Number can be combined with all of our other services as well giving you a complete, easy to use and effective communications system.

Example #1 - Office calls follow me

When someone calls my One Number Monday – Friday (except holidays), between 8am and 6pm, my office and cell phones ring. I pick up my office phone when at my desk, my cell phone when I am not. Before 8am and after 6pm, and on weekends and holidays only, my cell phone and my home phone ring. After 10pm and before 6am every day, only calls from my family ring through. All others get voice mail.

When voice mails are left I get a text message instantly letting me know the Caller ID of who left the message. Then I can decide whether or not I want to return the call.

Example #2 - Call filtering and screening

When someone calls my One Number, only calls from my friends and family ring through to my cell phone, home phone, and work phone. All others are asked their name and are then put on hold. I am called and told who is on the line and I am given the option to take the call or send them to voice mail. Calls before 7am and after 10pm automatically ring through if from my family only. Everyone else must leave a voice mail.

When voice mails are left I get a text message instantly letting me know the Caller ID of who left the message. Then I can decide whether or not I want to return the call and when.
